Viva Las Vegas

Nothing beats a freshly cooked burger and a refreshing milkshake, and for Las Vegas area residents, they soon won’t have to go far for such a quality, sit-down meal. Wayback Burgers is proud to announce plans to open three store locations in the Clark County city of Henderson, Nevada later this year.

Leading the way for this exciting venture into the Las Vegas area is Attorney David Boehrer, longtime Henderson resident and owner of Henderson-based David Boehrer Law Firm. With over 10 years of business ownership and management experience, as well as a solid understanding of the need for excellent customer service and a desire to bring quality hamburgers to Clark County, Boehrer signed a franchise agreement with Wayback Burgers to become a multi-unit operator. The decision to purchase three stores came after Boehrer visited a Wayback Burgers restaurant in Florida and was impressed with his meal.

“There are so many options and the menu can make any customer happy. The burgers are good and the buns are great. My son always says that it is the bun that makes the burger—he might be right,” says Boehrer.

No specific store locations have been confirmed; however Boehrer currently plans for his first location to open in Henderson, off Stephanie Street and Interstate-215. This first store is planned to open sometime later in 2017, and the second and third store locations will be determined based on the area’s need.

Boehrer plans to serve all of the standard menu options at his three stores, which includes delicious burgers, cooked to order and made from 100 percent ground beef, available as a single, classic double, triple and triple-triple (nine) patty; Wayback Burger’s famously rich, thick milkshakes, crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches; veggie burgers, turkey burgers, fresh salads; and freshly made sides including fries, onion rings and House-Made Chips.

“I am excited to bring a great burger restaurant to Clark County for families and friends to gather—a place where people can come get a good meal and sit and socialize with friends,” adds Boehrer. “I look forward to being able to order a quality burger and get my son his favorite milkshake.”
