Franchisee Spotlight

Last year was challenging for many of us, but we pulled through because together as a team, community, and a brand, we can do anything. During the few first month of the pandemic, we made lots of people smile and helped many front-line workers, from fire departments to hospitals to pharmacists and their teams. We surprised them with complimentary lunch every Tuesday. It felt amazing to be involved in our community and to help where help was needed.
Anna Turovskaya, Mint Hill, NC Franchisee

All the hard work that I have put in has paid off over the years and increased the sales. My favorite part about Wayback Burgers is working with team members that are invested in the business and have the drive to succeed. Remember, work hard, think about the business as it is your baby, and don’t give up.
Rawah Hassan, Irving, TX Franchise

Do not be intimidated, even if you have no background in the restaurant field just like myself, there is a wonderful team right behind you to help you every step of the way and lead you to success while you add your own personal touch! I highly encourage and recommend this journey to all women!
Anood Khan, Edmonton, Canada Franchisee

It is important as a woman to be strong and set an example for your family. Nothing can stand in your way if you truly believe in and are passionate about your work. Know what your vision is and don’t let any obstacle get in your way.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

It’s always MOM time! I am a proud mom of four amazing children and a loving husband who always keep me on my toes. When I’m not at work, every minute of my spare time goes to my family. One of my biggest hobbies- in- training is fishing, with the guidance and patience of my husband. It’s something I really enjoy doing.
